I guess I have been off this for a while. Here is what we have done:

• Took all of our walls out
• Update all the plumbing
• Update all the electrical
• Put in networking stuff
• Put up sound insulating drywall (Quiet Rock)

We have new front stairs and new fire escape. So I guess in about 1 years time this is how far we got.
